Someday I will...

Someday I will act my age- you know like not making music videos in my car and pretending it's normal, or not riding the grocery store carts through the parking lot after a successful grocery trip. But I'm only 23, so can't stop now.

Someday I will regularly travel to third world countries and provide humanitarian aide. And lots of hugs because as you may know, hugs are sort of my thing.

Someday I will have really cute babies and take a million pictures of them and teach them about all the prettiest, coolest, funniest, most awesome things in life. And someday I will dress them like this...
And here she will be laughing at something clearly hilarious that her mother said.

Someday I will say something really funny, and Ellen Degenres will hear about it and she'll write me a letter and tell me she thought it was funny and that perhaps we could go to lunch sometime.

Someday I will pass the pepper across the table to someone and then a casual onlooker will be like "Whoa. Look how toned her arms are just when she passes the pepper. You pass that pepper, girl."

Someday I will meet a celebrity at the airport like I hope for every time I go. And she'll be like "I love your jacket" and I'll be like "hey thanks- Target" because hopefully I'll be in a really awesome effortlessly chic airport outfit. [If you don't know what I'm referring to, see picture example below or google "celebrity's name airport style." Like- it's a real thing.

Someday I will meet Jessica Alba and stare at her flawless face for 2 whole hours and then we'll become friends. Because I've never NOT become friends with someone after staring at their face for 2 hours.

Someday I will run a marathon. But only once because more than once and you're considered clinically insane and possibly suicidal.

Someday I will go to a horse derby and wear a fancy hat and dress. Because that's the closest Americans can get to an English tea time with the queen. And Kate Middleton.

Someday I will be the proud owner and friend and cuddler of a fluffy cow. And Clint will say "You were right babe, a fluffy cow was a great idea."

Someday I will also have a horse and barrel race in rodeos. And Clint will also have to eat his words on this one and say "I guess I was wrong when I said you were about 15 years too late to start barrel racing," as he examines my Rodeo Queen crown. (Actually someday this probably won't ever happen but I'm just sharing my recent Texas-inspired aspiration.)

Someday I will be the lady who people say "She always has the best family Christmas photos ever." Because I really put a lot of thought into those future days.

Someday I will be as awesome as Camille LeBlanc. Well probably only like 1/4 as awesome but I'll take it.

Someday I will do one of those surprise trips to Disneyland with my kids and pretend we're just driving to school and all of a sudden we say, "Hey kids we're going to Disneyland instead!"... or you know something along those lines.

Someday I will learn to control my anger when I'm hungry. That day will probably only come as a direct result of an intervention.

Someday I will go sailing. Preferrably my sisters will be there and we'll take a lot of adorable pictures and love that day forever.

Someday I will convince Clint that pretending to have English accents when you got out of town is, in fact, very fun to do.

Someday I will move back home to Utah.

And someday I will get a life and not go to bed before most toddlers do, but that day is not today and my infant sleeping habits are kicking in so I've got to go.
