I actually had a long blog post written to go with this, but then I decided that sometimes less is more. This picture most definitely speaks for itself. Just ask yourself, "Are these photoshopped, airbrushed, completely made-up women the women who I am comparing myself to?"
If these are your expectations you have for yourself, then change them.
The pictures you see in magazines aren't real. you are.
